Voyager Installation Problem

Hi,
I have a registered version of The Bat! and I'm trying to install Voyager.

It seems to install OK but when I try to run it for the first time I get the error;
'The Token has been unplugged. Exit The Bat! Vovager loosing changes?
(answering NO requires plugging the token back to continue work with The Bat! Voyager)'

Clicking Yes exits the programme and clicking No brings the same error back.

Any ideas what is wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Hi

Not much help but I have exactly the same problem and have logged a support request. I will let you know if I get a solution.

I've tested this and got the same problem, but when I installed the latest voyager on top of an older version everything went okay, so I checked the differences, the latest voyager install lacks the voyager.lng file and the voyager.sys file.
The first will only cause problems for multilingual support (I think), but the second will stop Voyager from running.
The voyager.sys file is supposed to be a zero bytes file, here comes how I created one, note that I installed voyager on a USB stick that was drive N:

I started a command prompt for windows
start -> execute -> cmd
In that command prompt I gave these commands:
N:
cd voyager
copy con voyager.sys
Ctrl-Z (the key combination) followed by enter
After I did this I could run voyager.

Thanks for the info Roelof. I tried your suggestion and it seems to have worked.
