POP3 and SMTP access for use in TB, Can't access my Lycos email

I made a new account to retrieve my Lycos email using the settings from Lycos: for incoming pop.mail.lycos.com and for outgoing smtp.mail.lycos.com but can't connect. Anyone using Lycos out there with TB?
