some problem about the bat! v3, can't undelete messages continuously, no wav file played when new

I began to use the bat v3 recently, and I have some questions confusing me.
1. When I delete some messages by accident and want to get them back, it seems that I have to use "browse deleted messages" in folder menu to restore one message each time. After I restoring the deleted the message, the viewer will be closed automatically. So, I cannot do it continuously.

2. I have chosen to play sound when a new message comes, but it's never been played even I put the wav file in the root folder c:\. But it can play when I test it in the menu "properties of account".

I can reproduce that problem, by disabling the message list in the foilder view, so if you'd enable that you should be alright. That would enable you to undelete multiple messages at once too, just by selecting them and pressing delete.

You enable the message list, by calling the folder view and click in its menu:

View - message list

Are you using a pop3 account or imap? There were some sound issues with imap. IIRC they were fixed in the latest release (v3.01) or they're fixed in the latest beta, in that case you should wait a bit.

Sorry to bump this after some 350+ days, but I was wondering about this sound issue today.

I finally got a decent IMAP server installed, but the Bat Pro 3.60.07 doesn't want to play standard account "new mail" sounds. It will only play a sound if I've added a filter of any type and add a sound as an action.

Any recommendations?
