Virtual Folder Filter Problem

Virtual Folder Filter Problem, Can't filter high priority emails

If I set the filter to 'Priority is High' then the folder displays nothing. If I set the filter to 'Priority is Normal' then the folder displays all emails with normal priority. How do I display only high priority emails ?

My virtual folder is pointing at the inbox of one of my accounts. The inbox contains 40 messages. If I change the filter to 'Priority is normal' then I can see the contents of my in box except the one message I have marked as priority high. The virtual folder contains 39 messages. If I change the filter to 'Priority is high' then I see no messages.
