Junk mail doesn't go in Junk mail folder

Don't know why out of 50 junk mails, only like 1 or 2 get in the junk mail folder.

I've trained BayesIT for many months now including marking mail as Junk and NOT Junk.

When sending/receiving, I see the mails being downloaded, and it says something like Receiving #1... Deleting #1.
It still stay in Inbox!!!

Anything I should do? I searched around but no one had this problem.

Deleting #1 refers to your server, not your local inbox.

I didn't have the greatest luck with the bayes filter that shipped with the bat.  However, I installed the  Bayes Filter Plugin by Achim Winkler and it has worked almost flawlessly (and keeps smaller files).

You might want to give it a try.  It's on the bat download page.  Please follow the install / config instructions carefully.
