Cannot use F4 for source viewing

Though listed in customise > shortcuts as being F4 for source and F9 for reply, on restart it doesn't work. I get the reply screen every time I press F4 The bat 3.80.03 home edition (student licence).

On the reply part, I put the F9, and on the view source F4. But it doesn't work. Only when freshly configured. I had a lucky one when I went from my secondary inbox to my junk mail, but that was only one time.
