Mail notification window not happening any more

I am not aware of changing any settings, yet the mail notification small window is not happening any more after receiving a new mail. What could be the reason ?

It's possible that you changed the settings for the mail ticker:
Options -> Preferences -> Mail Ticker -> Display MailTicker: Automatically

It's also possible that you dragged it from the visible part of the screen. The solution is:
Close TB
Start Regedit
Search the keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Ticker\Top
and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Ticker\Left
and set them both to 10
Close Regedit
Start TB
This should place the mail ticker in the visible part of the screen and you can drag it to the right location.

Thank you very much. I found that the mail ticker in the Options was disabled. How - I don´t rememeber. Anyway I put it to work again. Very nice function ...
