how to EDIT a previous sent message before re-sending???, how to EDIT a previous sent message before re-sending???

"re-send" just sends them out as they are (not helpful) "re-direct" lets me edit them, but them i have to go back to the original message to get the recipients. Is there a setting somewhere to allow me to "EDIT" a sent message, before re-sending it???
