I had to reinstall windows, which meant reinstalling the Bat!

All of my data is still there, and if try to create an account with the name of an exisitng one, the program tells me that it already exists.

However, I can see nothing. No accounts, no mail meesages, just a grey screen with the text "no messages loaded".

How do I get to see my mail and my accounts?
