Files attached, i can´t send this kind of emails

Hi:
I´ve installed and configured my Bat v3.0...but i can´t send any pic or any attached file...someone could say me how to configure this?...thanks

 :|  There's nothing to configure.

You just drag / drop files onto an open message or use the Paperclip icon on the Message Editor toolbar and browse for the attachment that way.

That's all there is to it - nothing complicated.

It there something stopping this working for you?

I use Paperclip icon on the Message Editor toolbar...but constant errors is giving me...but, in other way, i can send/receive all kind of emails...

can you tell us what error you get after clicking on the paperclip?

Hi:
When I use Paperclip icon on the Message Editor toolbar with a simple image(24kb) there is no problem to send.
But when i use the same proccesing with a image of 1Mb the server gives me error, and doesn´t send it...

What do you mean with "the server gives me error", do you mean that attaching the file itself goes alright, but sending won't work?

If the "server gives you an error" then it may well be that you are exceding the capabilities of your ISP server and your message is being rejected. Check your account log for full details.

I regularly send attachments greater than 5mb without any problem.
