Starts to download and crashes

Am I the only one with this problem?
Bat will start downloading the mail and then just crash.
Used to be occasionally and I narrowed it down to certain HTML newsletters (eg silicon.com is one). Sent to support months ago but heard nothing - not even an acknowledgement.
Now getting to the stage where unable to use it at all as it is crashing practically every time and the messages crashing it seem more widespread.

Is anyone else getting this?

You're not the only one with this problem. On one of the TB mailing lists someone was complaining about the same problem with a list message that everybody could receive just fine with TB.
Sometimes these things happen and unless you can point it to something particular (like a filter that's being triggered) it's hard to find a remedy.

Thanks for the reply, and the clue to try some things...

Have deleted the anti spam filters and can now download OK, so must have been one of the filters.
