Rename Junk folder, Can you rename the junk folder

I am running my own email server (MDaemon) which has it's own spam filter (SpamAssassin) which I have setup to store spam in a folder named "Junk E-Mail".  Is there anyway to make Bat! store it's junk mail in that folder too.  Right now it stores it in a folder called "Junk mail".  The other thing I noticed is that the junk folder is local.  I run IMAP and would like the junk stored on the server.  I check my email at home, on my laptop and with a web interface so it is important to store everything on the server so it is consistant regardless of where I check it.

Is it just me or is IMAP always and after thought with email clients?

So far I am loving The Bat!.  Now I just need to look into backing up may settings. :)

I'm a complete amateur as far as The Bat! is concerned, but...

I can't help wondering what you would achieve by storing junk from The Bat! in the same folder as SpamAssassin, as it would still be in its own database and you would only be able to deal with it from within The Bat!

You can rename the junk folder in its Preferences -> General, but that won't change the location. There is a dialogue for the directory in Preferences -> Additional, but in mine the buttons are greyed out.

(Probably of no use to you whatsoever, but I have lots of time on my hands today. :)

Maybe I wasn't clear in my question.

When I say folder I don't mean a physical folder on my computer I am talking about an IMAP folder.  I want Bat to move spam to the same IMAP folder that my email server's filter moves spam.

The goal is to have Outlook 2003, MDaemon and Bat all move spam to the same IMAP folder.

Here are the different default junk folders:
  MDaemon = "SPAM" (Configurable)
  Outlook 2003 = "Junk E-Mail" (Not configurable)
  The Bat! = "Junk mail" (Not configurable)
  Thunderbird = "Junk" (Configurable)

I think I am just going to go back to Thunderbird.  The flexibility that TB has amazes me, but what amazes me more is some of the very obvious things that aren't flexible.

The two deal breakers for me are:
1 - Can't change name and location of spam.
2 - When you tell The Bat to move deleted mail to a custom location it renames the folder (virtualy) to Trash.  Not a big deal though.  Just strange.
3 - Can't customize the template for the way it quotes in HTML.  The fat goofy looking blue bar with one ">" in it has to go.  All they would have to do is tweak the blue table to be thiner and remove the ">" and it would be fine.

We aren't in the 80s anymore, it is time to have full support for more then just plan text.

The things I love about TB are:
1 - Resources
2 - Speed
3 - flexibility
4 - Lets you move deleted messages to a trash IMAP folder and automatically purges.
5 - Most of all, the new mail Ticker.

I have tried TB about once a year for about 3 years now.  Maybe this time next year they fully support HTML.
