How to turn ON Delete confirmation?

looks like there is no option to confirm deletion from the message list, at least I can't see such.

The only way I see is to make a filter for incoming messages - for condition select 'any message' and for action -> Flags/Mark as parked - this way any new message will be automatically 'parked'
Then in Other options enable confirmation for deletion of parked messages.

If you already sort incoming mail with filters - I'm not sure if a filter will move a parked message to another folder. If not, put Flags/Mark as parked as a last action in the already existing filters. Then put the above filter to be the last filter (to mark the messages that remain in the Inbox)
