a tough problem ! Help

a tough problem ! Help, about the name of attachment

winterTTr Beginner Posts: 3 Points: 1 Rating: 0 Authority: 0 Joined: 15 November 2006	#1 0 15 November 2006 10:15:07 when i add a attachment into the mail which i want to send to someone , the file name is ok . However ,when i send it ( even save it into the draft ) , the name is "automaticlly" changed for some else. Ex , part_1.att , or part.xls( which should be "test.csv" ) Enyone have the same problem ??? Help !

What TB version are you using? What are your settings? (Do you store attachments in the message body, do you bind them on sending, I can't find the correct phrases as my setup has disabled those) __________________________________ I'm just a user of The Bat! I don't know why because my friend who is also using theBat don't have the problem . And i have find "help" from "google" , but don't got any answer . My computer's problem ?? But i have reinstall the system for it!! The problem is the same ! My god! PS:Thx to the administrator's answer.
