Hello there...
I am facing the known "lost folders" problem. I imported my mail from Outlook, but suddenly some folders (and subfolders) have disappeared, although they area "physically" present on the hard disk.
Even if it is a feature and not a bug, this is a totally unacceptable behaviour. I had to start searching the net, to see that this is known...
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+L has made no difference. I am still searching for my emails.
1. What is causing it ?
2. How will I know that tomorrow (after restoring everything) this will not happen again? Do I have to continously compare the hard disk folders with the folders shown on TheBat ? Please say "No".
3. How do I recover the lost folders? Do not tell me "Search on your disk, make a note of the missing folders/subfolders, create them all again and import all messages".
This is torture ... You have to pay me to do that. Instead I just have paid to purchase the product...
Thanks
