Mathematical symbol, How to type real mathematical symbols in text only

All incoming mail, including messages written in html, is displayed in text-only mode. A colleague sent me a message written in Outlook's rtf format. The following symbol displayed perfectly in TB's text only (microed) format: Ѕ Is there a way to type this symbol directly using plain text? Thank you.

Now there are 4 number squences try <alt> with 0188,0189 and 0190 respectivly If you open charter map and hover a letter it will give you the sequence in the lower right corner - if there is one
