And what do you want to achieve with such a proxy server, it looks like an HTML proxy and TB doesn't do HTML.
If you want to use that proxy for internet access with TB ask your sysadmin for the proper addressing protocol that your proxy uses and enter the server addresses for your accounts that way.

I wanna send an email to someone and I dont show my real IP address. In short, I wanna hide my IP address.

Usually the best way is to use one of the anonymous email services on the web. Google "anonymous email" and be prepared to sort through some dead links

The only [easy] way to hide your IP is to use the Gmail's web interface.

The RFC822 headers will not contain any traces about where from you've posted a mail.
