Attachment Pane gone!

Hi All

Can someone help me? I have View Attached Files set to Show as Pane for both message preview and opened message views. The mail preview pane (which I have set as full width) used to show the attachemnt pane (on the left hand side) but now this is gone! The attachment pane is visible when I open any message with an attachment, but not in the preview window when highlighting the message in message list. It always used to.

If I mouseover the left hand edge of the preview pane I get a resive icon so the pane "appears" to be there, but it will not resize so it is not as if the pane is too tin to view

I am using version 3.0.1.33

Does anyone know what has gone wrong?

Is there anyone that has an idea on what to check here as I would love to have the attachment pane back in message preview window?!

What happens when you set it to 'hide as button'and then set it back?

Thank you for your reply. If I check the View Attachments as hide and then re-check to show as a pane on the left hand side, the left hand border of the message preview pane (under the message list in my setup) increases in width very slightly as if the pane has appeared but is too thin to view. When I mouse over this left edge I get a resize bar mouse pointer but I cannot resize by clicking and dragging. It looks to all the world like the pane is there, but I am unable to re-size it to view (by left clicking and dragging to the right)

Most peculiar as I used to have it there (and I believe it may be set there by default on a new installation).

Do you have any suggestions?

I am using 3.0.1.33
