IMAP: how can I purge messages automatically?

Till now I was using The Bat! with POP3 accounts with no problems.

But recently I got a laptop and decided to switch to IMAP to sync my mail between two computers.

IMAP support in The Bat! seems to be pretty decent, though sometimes it freezes.

Unfortunately I experience one problem that really bothers me:
every time when I delete a message it is marked as deleted and remains on server.

The size of my mailbox is not endless and its folders quickly become polluted. Is it possible to configure The Bat! to purge deleted messages automatically? How?

This question is pretty important to me and I am not willing to manually invoke Purge+Compress every time I delete something.

Please advise!

1. You could go to the Account properties/Mail management/Imap fine-tune and check "Compress folder when switching to another"
2. You could use TB! internal scheduler to do that periodically.

Thanks a lot for the quick response!
