problem to send email with attachment

nothing and it is normal because I have nothing on the screen when I click on "send"

another pb appear, when I tryed to open an attachment I want to send (by exemple an excel file), I can't and a windows say "contents of attachment "...." is not available.
If I open the email and try to open the file, the bat is closing... same if I try dans save the attachment

AND it is only on one account, all is functionnal on other account.

More strange, I work with thebat on a LAN and for the same account there is no pb on the other computer
