account deleted, account deleted without any reason

I am using voyaver V3994 in a 2 gigabit usb key.
One of my accounts has been deleted without any reason and replaced by an empty account with no name.
The file account in the main directory is still existing.
I don't how and why this happened . Can somedoy help to recover the account. I need to send emails and have important data inside.

I have read the other threads but it seems my problem is different.
An account appear on the left but all the lines are empty. There no account name written. and there is 0 (zero) on all the lines.
It seems that all the information about this account has been deleted.
As said before, the datas are still in the folder
Under the account name there are 2 groups


- Account name (Nothing on this line)
   Inbox       0
   outbox      0
   sent mail   0
   trash       0
inbox          0
outbox         0
sent mail      0
trash          0

after pressing on minus (-)
+ Account name (Nothing on this line)
inbox          0
outbox         0
sent mail      0
trash          0

I want to fill the above account with initial information but I am afraid to loose the mails.
I tried to create an other voyager file in the USB key but it says that the directory already exist (even I have moved the original directory in the hard disk to save it.)

I would like to say that I have been using Thebat! during 5 year in another company without any problem. I have bought this version because now I travel a lot and it's interesting to have a USB stick with voyager inside to check email on my laptop or a nother computer..
With this problem I faced , I wonder if I am going to use it because Voyager seems not stable.

Help yourself, god will help you...
Finally, I created again the same account, then I imported the messages from the original files, then I deleted the empty account.
Now it works, but I didn't find the reason why this problem occured.

I have again and again problems with voyager. I have lost emails.
I have changed to a 4 Gigabits USB Stick. Each time I try to import messages from existing files the files size are growing more and more and now the USB stick is nearly full even I haven't received a lot of new messages.
Please help to find a solution to this problem.
How to clean the directories and reduce voyager directory size without importing and deleting messages?
