Font and size in a template

Not in the template, that would take HTML in the template and that cannot be done yet.

You can define the font and size for your messages (presuming that you're using HTML), but that'll go for all created messages.
Options -> Preferences -> HTML/Windows Editor
Note that when you're using the windows editor that you'll see the defined fonts locally, but your contact won't see them as your messages still will be plain text. You'll have use the HTML/plain text or the HTML only editor for your contacts to see your defined fonts.
