I have Antispam Sniper installed.

Right clic on a toolbar >>> Customize.

On the left part (Containers), you choose the toolbar where you wish to add buttons. Example: standard.

On middle part: All actions >>> Message Controller
You look for "Mark as junk" and "Mark as NOT Junk".

With arrows, you spend both buttons to the right part (Layout).

Do not forget the configuration of the anti-spam: Options >>> Preferences >>> Protection >>> Anti-spam.
