help!!!----I can't use the bat any more

I delete the bat v3.99.29 from my computer and return to use the bat v3.99.25, but when I finished the installation, and want to run it for the first time, the computer said: the system couldn't open the file: d:/program file/the bat Pro edition 3.99.29/MailPwd/ikey.id   (of cause there are no such file and directory named mailpwd)
if I install it in a different file like in e:/fun game/...
the same message appare :
"the system couldn't open the file: d:/program file/the bat Pro edition 3.99.29/MailPwd/ikey.id "
and now i can't use any version of the bat include v3.99.29(the same problem)
what should I do now?

anybody help?

IIRC correctly the ikey.id file is how TB remembers whether you're using OTFE (On The Fly Encruption (encrypted message base)) or not.
Did your previous setup use OTFE?
How did you delete TB (uninstall or a simple delete)?
Are you runing TB from a Windows user account that you didn't use for installing and uninstalling?

With an unproper uninstall or with an uninstall from another account than you were using TB, the registry will still contain references to your previous setup. (That's not TB specific, but it's the way Windows works and by its nature TB is account specific and not machine specific.)
So you've got to delete those entries from your registry.
Start regedit
Search for the registry tree starting with:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!
and delete it
Close regedit
Next time you start TB it'll start blank.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!
