Blank lines inserted into the body of my email

What is inserting blank lines into my email ? Thanks

If you use html editor, try hitting SHIFT+ENTER instead of just ENTER to make a new line. I've never tried this but suggest it by analogy with many other apps which create a paragraph .. if only ENTER is pressed, and a <br> tag when SHIFT+ENTER is pressed.

I should have thought of it before, since I am a web developer... I still regard this as a bug, because it inserts blank lines even in the bodies of replied messages, where I do not type anything ...
