Create a new account, that will have the default templates. Only thing is that they'll be in the same language as the interface at the moment of account creation.
So you want the default Spanish templates, set the language to Spanish; the default English templates, set the interface language to English.
After copying the default templates to do whatever you wanted to do with them, you can delete your new account again.

You can set the interface language via the menu:
Options -> Language -> Pick one
