Configuring The Bat to work with Yahoo Biz Mail, Configuring with Yahoo Biz Mail

I am hoping some one may help me with configuring The Bat to pull mail from my Yahoo Biz account.

I used the instructions as suggested by Yahoo for other mail clients as they do not list The Bat; but with no luck.

Maybe there is something I am missing that Yahoo does not mention for The Bat to work.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I also use the Yahoo Biz Mail and the settings for The Bat are as follows:

Your Business Email Server Settings
Incoming Mail Server (POP3):pop.bizmail.yahoo.com
Use SSL, port: 995

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication

Account Name/Username:your biz mail email address
Email address: your biz mail email address
Password: Your Business Mail password

In The Bat - SSL would be shown as TLS

If this does not work, from the address book please remove the certificates and it would work.

Not sure what you mean by the certificates in the address book, can you clarify.

Hi,

these are root certificates. if you open addressbook, you would find this.
