v4.0.11 vs v4.0.7: what's new?

Where is the changelog?
What was fixed, if at all, in the v4.0.11?
winXP-SP3 Pro, the Bat! v4.0.38

It doesn't fix the IMAP disaster, that's for sure.

to 4.0.9
[-] 0006734: At creation of the new HTML UTF-8 mail the signature from template is incorrectly added
[*] Ctrl+Backspace did not work from the start of a line
[-] When using MS Exchange server via MAPI protocol, the option "Delete messages on server" didn't work

to 4.0.11
[-] Bug with starting a second copy on Windows XP
[-] Fixed file associations

All these almost daily updates is kind of weird isn't it?  Seems more like daily beta updates rather than final releases.

Like I wrote right the day before the V4 release here, they had a date set that they seemed to have to keep, so TB! was ripped out of the alpha stage almost directly into final shape. Well, we see how that turned out. Everyone upgrading now is an alpha tester.

<<Everyone upgrading now is an alpha tester.>>

Well, at my earliest opportunity, I will step off the "v4 Alpha Test" bus .. reverting back to the last v3 build I was happily using.

As for alpha or beta testing? .. that is something most software companies solicit helpful, willing "volunteers" for.  That is one thing.

But, to shove out a much anticipated "final release", upon their paying customers, that's at significantly less than a "final" development stage .. that's an entirely different thing!

Not good RITlabs.

I found one welcome change:  I can now delete an account without having to enter a password -- which I hadn't created.  Until 4.0.11, once I set up an account, it couldn't be deleted.  So that's one welcome bug-fix.

They probably added that feature to allow us to delete our non-functioning IMAP accounts.

Could be...or, as in my case, to allow us to delete our non-functioning MS Exchange accounts.

I guess I've been very lucky downloading the 3.99 version just few days ago!
