Moving Folders, Moving Folders Up or Down the Account Tree

I've just upgraded fromn TB! version 2.12 to TB! version 4.0.11. Now, when I try to move a folder up or down the account/folder tree, it requests the account password. This is really a pain because it only moves the folder on position up or down; sometimes I have to enter the password MANY times before I get the folder where I want it. (I've also tried the drag and drop method while holding ALT key; this does not work at all on my system). Using WinXP SP2

Update:

I checked for updates to 4.0.11, found v4.0.14. Moving folders now works correctly using the (Shift+Ctrl+) keyboard shortcuts. However, the ALT+drag-and-drop still doesn't work. (not really a problem - as long as I have some way to move folders)

Don't forget, you are using betas and there ARE things broken although they are usually fixed quickly
