I've installed Professional version of Bat! and have chosen "plain encryption". Later on I realised that I will need "On-fly-encryption" in the future and according to Bat! it says that I should simply uninstall it and install again with "On-fly-encryption" option, but I CANNOT SEE that window anymore - it is probably somewhere in the registry but it wont let me choose that option! I've deleted "The Bat!" folder from "program files" and also deleted "C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\The Bat!" but nothing happened. It still won't show me that window!

Ok I found it! It is in Registry, talking of  programming - Uninstaller should delete that registry key when it deletes the programme.

The uninstaller does remove that setting for the account you're using to uninstall. When you're using TB from a non admin account, then the registry for your user account won't be cleared.
That isn't a limitation of TB and not of the installer, bu that's Windows that decides that one user can't access the registry settings for another.
