Each day I am writing messages in 3 different languages. I would like to find an easy way to switch the language of the spell checker. Ideally it would be a way to add an attribute to the people I am writing to allowing to switch the language as soon as I choose somebody in the "To:" box.

Example jose@mydomain.com would have the spell checker in Spanish, jean@mydomain.com in French and joe@mydomain.com in English.
