'mail to' links BIG problem

Hi there,
I am currently using The Bat Pro 3.99.3 with Firefox 2.0.0.12 and Windows Vista Home. The problem that gives me a massive headdache is when I try to use the mail to command From firefox I get a Bat "red cross warning message" like: Cannot open file "mailto:?body=http%3A%F%2Ritlabs.com%2Fen%2Fnew_topic..."

I never had this kind of problems with the XP.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Kind regards
Kuzyn

That appeas to be a configuration error in firefox, I don't think there should be a http reference in a mail command.

It should. It worked for me too in 3.99 (as i wanted to send an link via e-mail from FF). I think it is still the same unsolved issue of setting TB as default mailer and assigning to MAILTO: protocol.

Kuzyn Elmo, it does not work for me to.

With me it is exactly the same as how Kuzyn describes the problem.
I thought TB4 would solve the problem, but it did not. When I make Windows mail the default mailer, everything works allright, so it is NOT a firefox problem. And ... the mailto: links also don't work from internet explorer or acrobat reader.

check solution at mozillazine:

Marek,
it refers to four other extensions and not to 'mailto:' extension. As there is temporary solution (mail.reg to import to the registry) and it seems to be a problem of proper keys in the registry, I suppose it will be corrected shortly as we get new full msi version of TB!.
