I can't lock my account anymore...

I removed the password so I can backup the account. Now that the backup is done, I am trying to re-input a password but instead of asking to enter a new password, it's asking for the old password. I enter it but it does not work anymore... and I get an access violation. What should I do? Thank you, itsanogo

BTW there is no need to remove the password in order to backup an account from within theBat. And the best way to backup is outside theBat, just close it and zip the account folder (or the entire mail folder, to backup all the accounts at once).
