Deleted Imap Folders, Imap folder was deleted from the server but still appears in Bat

Hey all,
I have a long list of folders that were deleted from the server but I can't purge from the bat.  It still shows up when I go into Manage IMAP Folders.  If I try to delete it I get the message "Cannot select the mailbox "INBOX.Go Process.37581 - emr - Emrys". Server reports: Mailbox doesn't exist: Go Process.37581 - emr - Emrys".
I have tried everything I can find.

Any suggestions?  I really don't want to have to delete the account and add it back.

go into manage IMAP folders and click reset list. if that doesn't help just uncheck the folder so it doesn't show and doesn't synchronise.

I went to go check it again and they are unchecked and set to do not synchronise.
But here is something else that is happening.  I can't close the IMAP folders window.  I click Close and nothing.  I have to close Bat for the window to go away.  I have multiple accounts setup and the IMAP folders window closes fine for the others just not this account.

Hmm, I'd recommend deleting the account from TB! and then add it anew. Since it is IMAP you can't lose :)

OK. Here is what I did.
1.I deleted the account from the Bat.
2.Told it to remove the files from the disk.
3.Closed the Bat
4.Went into the Application Data\The Bat! folder and deleted the folder with the name of the account.
5.Opened Bat back up.
6.Created new account.  The only thing that was the same was the username I entered.  I used a different email address account name ect.

When I added the account the ghost folders are back again.  I even logged into the webmail side of the account to verify the folders didn't exist.  I added the account to outlook, no folders there.

Is there somewhere else I should check?  Some additional file I have to delete?

Any ideas.  Really, really I don't want to un-install and reinstall to fix this issue.
