Hi,
Does anybody know how to "copy serial number to clipboard"?

I am using TheBat!Pro vs 4.0.18.

Many thanks in advance.

Thanks Dominic - i have pressed the key asking to "copy serial number to clipboard" (i did this in the help/about the Bat! section as advised). When i press it again to check it - the key just glows orange around the edges - and asks the same command. So i am not quite sure if the serial number has been copied to the clipboard or not.
Will lumber on - many thanks anyway!

Sorry, I don't get what you are writing. Why would you press that button again to check it?
What happens is that you press that button, your serial number is copied to the clipboard. There it sits waiting for you to do something with it. You must have had a reason why you wanted to have your serial number, right? So then paste your serial number from the clipboard into whatever thing you needed it in. For example if you needed it in an email, start that mail and put your cursor into the text field and press CTRL+V, then your serial is written in the text...

Hi Dominik,
I have now copied my serial number(of the Bat!) to my clipboard via your instructions.

Was initially having difficulty even locating the clipboard in Windows XP.Found it now though.
Thanks.
