Good Antispam-program?, Which one to choose?

Now, I'd like some opinions from other users as to which application is the best and worth registering? I read somewhere that, even if I buy Antispamservant, the ad-ware still exists. ____________________ Using The Bat! v5.0.36.2

How would the filters with free version differ from the filters that you can set up in The Bat?
