Notes / Clippings, Like clippings mannager in Thunderbird

Thunderbird has one great extension called Clippings where you can save frequently text you use and copy paste it whenever you want.  Is it possible to add something like this to Bat, I see only this notes windows which add notes to each mail separately.

Texts that I insert in messages frequently are stored by me in quick templates (QT).
One example of those is my contact info, stored in a QT called whoami. Whenever I need to insert my contact info in a message I type whoami followed by Ctrl-Space and my contact info appears in my message.
