`Reply without quotation' error

Just a small point, please. There's an error with the `Reply Without Quotation' command on the Specials menu. The error is that the `On <date> you wrote' line still appears in the reply message editor, which obviously isn't needed when replying without quotation. And I can't locate the template which I assume is being brought into play, so that I can edit it. The error is there only in The Bat! Pro (4.0.26), not in the Home version. Many thanks.

Professional and Home version are same in working with templates, there is no difference in it.

There is only one Reply template for all "Reply..." functions, so if You do not want to have "date you wrote" in any of reply messages, You must remove it completely, not for "Reply without quotation." only.

Go to Account | Properties | Templates | Reply or
Folder | Properties | Templates | Reply

Thanks for responding. When selecting the standard `Reply' command, the message editor opens with the `On <date> you wrote' line, PLUS the quoted text. When selecting `Reply without quotation', the message editor opens with the `On <date> you wrote' line, WITHOUT the quoted text. So the `Reply wihout quotation' command must call a modified version of the reply template. In the past, I have always been able to select `Reply without quotation' and get a blank message editor window (which is obviously the correct result) without changing the standard reply template.

template is not modified, text of original message is not quoted only in this case

Conclusion: the `Reply without quotation' command is pointless as it stands.
