Hello -
I am looking for a new email program that will allow
me to save almost all messages in different folders
that I will create by subject. I do research on
technical matters and need to save the messages
and attachments I receive so that I can search
them and refer to them in the future.
I also need to be able to do searchs for messages
from specific senders in all folders at once.
Can someone please tell me which fields of messages
are kept in database index such as sender,
date, subject, size, attachment or not, and priority
etc.
I use Netscape Communicator 2003 which has all these
features but the program is not supported for
many years now and I need new program.
I also need a template folder where I can keep
copies of messages that I send out frequently
and only change just a little bit when I send
the messages.
Please send reply also to my email address
at 2scott@bellsouth.net
as I do not know if this forum program will notify
me of replies.
Is there anyone in USA that supports this program
that I can call I will be glad to call for
discussion.
Thanks Sincerely,
Scott
