Slow mouse action with TheBat!

I'm using TheBat! v4.0.28.1 with WinXP-Pro (all latest updates installed).

Whenever TheBat! window is the main focus, mouse (actually a LogiTech wireless track-ball) action is slowed considerably.  If TB is minimized, or if another program is the main focus, mouse action is normal.

If it makes any difference, I'm using dual monitors, in DualView mode; Graphics card is nVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS.

I have already tried the various settings regarding hardware acceleration, in the Display section of the Control Panel, for the graphics card ... none of the settings make any difference with this issue.

Can't confirm this with my system, similar setup though with a 8600 GT, Vista Premium x64 and TB 4.1.9
With my previous dual monitor system I never noticed it either (an XP system that died almost a year ago)
I'm using a regular wireless Logitec mouse.
Did you check for new drivers? ((track-ball, graphics card)
