Hello.
Why it isn't possible to drag and drop messages from The BAT! into windows explorer?
Also, there should be an option that enables us to save multiple messages and preferably with some macro options.

?? I drag and drop them all the time. I'm not sure how you are doing it but create a folder on your desktop, open it, minimize it to the taskbar. Grab one or more messages in the bat and drag them over that folder on the taskbar until it pops open and let them go.

I do this quite often with no problem at all

You can also save / copy / move messages based on your criteria with macros triggered on incoming, outgoing or via hotkeys

Why not join the user mailing list which has some VERY knowledgeable people that can guide you through some of this stuff?

Scroll down the page and you will see 3 green ovals - the middle one takes you to the subscription page for TBUDL

I gave a solution for drag and drop. That should work

For more extensive help I suggest joining the email list named TBUDL which you can do from the link I posted. It is a fairly low volume list but you can ask and get a lot faster help than on these forums
