setting up pop acct

What am I doing wrong? Where can I find the specified ports? I made sure bat was allowed firewall access.

My internet is working properly. It looks as if all properties are set properly. I even disconnected the virus program to see if that was the problem, so why can't it find the server. What am I doing wrong? Doesn't bat have a help line?

Although you allowed access, there may be another more common firewall rule that blocks it. Also disable anything else that may mess with the traffic in one or another way - antivirus apps, ad blockers etc.
