Hi All

I have created a folder called richard (just an example) and I have created a filter named "richard_filter" to move all new incoming emails with this condition : richard@forum.com,  from the inbox to the richard folder.

How can I move the previous emails (richard@forum.com) that I had received before I have created the filter ?

Yes I can move all previous emails manually from the inbox to "richard_filter"  , but not this is what I am looking for.
