Header layout mess, I can't get the layout back in shape

Yesterday the layout of the screen showed a strange header. (see picture) I've installed the latest version 4.1.11 but that did not solve this problem. What can I do to get the layout back?

It looks like something's gone wrong with the customize option, the 'collect mail' action seems to be added to it.
The first thing I'd try would be to reset the main menu to its default:

View -> Toolbars -> Customise -> Menu & Toolbars -> Main Menu -> Restore to default

or in Dutch:

Beeld -> Wekbalken -> Aanpassen... -> Menu- & Taakbalken (tabblad) -> Hoofdmenu -> Terug naar standaardwaarde

Hi Roelof,

Clear instruction, but it doesn't do it. The screen flickers briefly but then it comes back in the same layout.

Close TB
Open your mail directory
Rename the file tbuser.def to tbuser.def.old

I forgot to mention, the above procedure will delete all menu and toolbar customisations in TB.
