Disappearing emails, Some emails appear on connection center but then are lost
 
Greetings, I have this strange and VERY annoying problem.

Every once in a while, some emails are not received. I can clearly see "n" emails downloading in the connection center window, but when the download is finished I can't find them anywhere.

I tried to select the option "leave emails on server" and if I go see them via webmail, they are there! But within The Bat they seem to be downloaded and instantly deleted. I mean DELETED, not put on trash o spam. No sign of them.

Now I'm using 4.2.4, but this problem appeared months ago, with different versions.

Can anyone help me? Thank you!

The thing that comes to mind first would be something caused by a virus scanner, the fact that webmail still sees them, but pop3 doesn't is slightly confusing, but that would be the default behaviour for something like gmail.
What does your log say when your downloading these messages? Is it happening for all of your accounts or just for one of them?
