sent messages never arrives

Hi

I have a problem with "sent mail". I have the bat 4.1.11

All the mails I actually send never arrives to destination in spite of i have no error message of smtp, il seems to leave normally without error message...  but the messages are never received. If i use aother email client, i have no problem, so it is not due to my internet provider.

Do you know this problem and how to solve it ?

It's what I did for testing, I send a message to myself, it normally leaves... after I sczn my box but it never arrives   :cry:

For all the accounts and only for "new messages", if I reply to one message, it leaves and i receive it, strange  :|

Odd.

Have you disabled:
Options -> Preferences -> General -> Use X-Mailer header?
If not then do so.

I've created a test account for you at my mail server.
pop3: mail.otten.tv
smtp: mail.otten.tv
user: telepro@otten.tv
passw: telepro
enable smtp authentication
Create this account in TB, enable smtp protocol logging for that account:
Account -> Properties -> Transport (expand that item) -> Protocol logging -> Sending protocol: enable logging

Create a test message and send it to your regular address.
Post the resulting smtp.log here (it shows everything, so delete your own address from the log)
Then I'll compare it with my server log and we'll see whether your message to yourself arrives and whether everything arrives just fine at my server.

I'll disable the test account on my server after we've done our testing.

Again

I forgot to say I had a relay software named autoSMTP, because i have multiple mail providers, it allows to put autoSMTP in each smtp of the multiple accounts, if not my provider doesn't allow relay  :evil:  

Therefore, with your smtp (mail.otten.tv), i had an error, the message dit not leave. When I put my smtp, autoSMTP, the message has been sent very well...  but like others mail i send...  I never recept it when I  scan my box in reception, he desappeard in nature

I know why you aren't able to login to my server, the user should be telepro, not with the full domain behind it. My mistake.

Can you check the logs of autosmtp whether it delivers the messages properly?

I'll send a message from my own address to you, to see whether your ISP refuses all messages from TB or only your own. In the latter case it might be the combination TB/AutoSMTP

Thanks, i changed the login for the good one and now, ican use the account that you have created for me.

So, I have sent like you asked me a mail from this account towards my habitual mail adress, it leaved normally... but never arrived, like others   :cry:

What is strange is that it used autoSMTP for sending it, as i dit not indicate this smtp but yours one for this account   :|
