Setting Up Delayed Response
 
I apologize for the basic nature of this question, but I could not find any resources to help.

I am interested in setting up a system whereby a delayed response is sent out to messages received in an inbox. I have set up The Bat to work with my email account, composed the message, but I cannot figure out how to set it up to respond. Any help is appreciated.
 
Create a filter:
Account -> Sorting office/Filters...
As filter action set "Send automatic reply" and as template forthat action you set the message you created.

Roelof, thank you for that - I didn't think of creating a filter and instead was creating recurring actions via the schedular. I see an option of "Accordingly to the account settings" and "Queue in the Outbox" but I don't see any place to set the duration of the delay.
 
For the delay you can use the %Postpone macro. For the correct syntax of that macro you can start the message editor and select:
Options -> Send timing -> Custom
Clicking on the 'more' button will give you the macro that corresponds with the dealy you're setting.
