I can't find some forums anymore! Now there are only three forums : " The Bat-Configuring....", "TheBat-New Filtering..." & " TheBat Templates..."
Where are other forums?
Where is the place to suggest features, general discussion....?

I remember when I visited forums, I could see 5 forums and now it is 3. Anyway, where can we have our suggestions and general discussions for ritlab products?

I think there used to be a "bugs" section, but they removed it..
Obviously, RITLabs doesn't like being told what to do.

The problem is that RITLabs doesn't really care about reported bugs..
They only fix stuff that they come up with themselves.
..At least, that's the impression that I get.

They fix the big stuff first and some of the smaller bugs take a while.
If you really feel they don't care then why post? You DO seem to care so do yourself a favor: join the beta team and also learn how to use that link I gave you.

If you join the beta testers you can find out if you REALLY have a bug or it is something on your computer. You can join TBBETA (and TBUDL - user to user help) here: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Here is your chance to do something and help. They are working on an IMAP rewrite now so the list is quieter than usual. I have 3 issues to post and will need help from others to reproduce them. I hope to see you there!

When I said "No use" I ment that reporting bugs is pointless, cuz they don't get fixed anyway.
