Outlook 2010 and The Bat!

While Outlook 2010 is finally released, yet we see no major changes in TheBat! :(  Outlook 2010 has included some social networking features along with an impressive interface... Come on, TheBat staff, do something and let us see you will have some major improvements,too. :)

social networks? why??

In Outlook 2010, every contact details can be updated via online social networkings such as " My space " and soon " facebook " and " MSN messenger ". Isn't it a good idea?
The interface is also quite impressive.
I m not underestimating theBat, I really love it. But don't you think it's time to have some major updates on popular features and interface?

personally I really do not think there is any reason to implement facebook or other social networks, nor to Outlook, nor to The Bat!.

that's why I don't use Outlook, it tries to be an all-in-one mail client/organizer/calendar/etc./etc.
Usually apps that do everything don't do anything properly.
I handle my mail far more efficiently with theBat than with Outlook. Updating contacts via various sites doesn't seem really important for a mail client, just more code and eventually more bugs.

What about interface? Is Ritlab planning to change the interface of TheBat ?

what's wrong with the current interface to plan a change?

You can customize pretty much everything - menus, toolbars, views, keyboard shortcuts etc. In terms of usability it's far ahead of Outlook (though I haven't tested 2010), you can adjust everything as needed.

and how I am supposed to do it?

View -> Toolbars -> Customise....
and work from there
