Sorting rules and catchall email address

Hi,

I got my own domain and use to provide unique email for every requiring site (i.e. amazon@mydomain for amazon).

How can I make a generic rule to move incoming messages to x@mydomain in x folder if the folder exists ?

PS: I upgrated recently, the bat keep its reputation. Works very very good.

I didn't try it myself, but could see whether this works.
You can't use the condition that a matching folder has to exist, but you can  place all addresses (that you want to filter) in one address book group. Use the condition: address group - .... - contains - recipient
As action you set 'move to folder' and as foldername you set \\accountname\%ToAddr
You can even set the option that new folders are created when needed.
The folder names have to be called the complete address, not just the username part of the address.
This will only work when your address is the first address in the To header.

Ok, I understand. I can make it works renaming all my folders wirh x@mydomain.com.
A bit time expensive.

There is no syntax other than to %ToAddr to extract first part (user) of email address ?
I very fond of catch-all feature: I can filter spam, know where viruses come from, etc.

I really think it could be a major feature.
